I'm a Programmer/Developer based in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, focused on building practical websites and internal systems that solve day-to-day operational needs.

At TESDA Regional Office I, I built the official agency website, a compliance audit system for school audits, and HR applicant scoring and evaluation workflows using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Sites. I also manage and update the agency server, maintain records document tracking, and provide troubleshooting and upgrades for employee units.

As a freelancer, I design birthday cards and tarpaulins, provide web design for student theses, update websites for private hotels and resorts, and handle PC builds and troubleshooting.
